Procopio & Associates, Inc., established in 1994 by Suzette Procopio in Coral Springs, Florida, provides skilled administrative, technical and field personnel to government agencies, engineers, and architects. We’ve contributed to the construction and/or maintenance of more than 20 public projects.

Procopio has been building relationships with our employees and our clients since 1994. Our belief? Acting with ethics and integrity at all levels, and in all business matters. Our goal? To supply our client with high quality, skilled personnel who deliver the service they need. To ensure client satisfaction and employee suitability, we spend an inordinate amount of time up front with each incoming candidate. That comprehensive approach has been successful for clients, and has enabled us to build a resourceful and competent team.

Our managers visit each site on a regular basis, touching base with our employees frequently to ascertain job satisfaction and work progress. Moreover, we meet regularly with every client-site manager to assess work progress as well as performance satisfaction, and we’re available 24/7 via cell. If problems arise, clients depend on us to solve them as part of their team, taking responsibility for our employees.

Giving back to the community is part of what we’re about, as well, so Procopio management staff participates deeply in local community service projects. And as a member of the American Staffing Association, Procopio & Associates is held to a high set of ethical standards in dealing with employees, clients, and competitors.
